I find that I am so often looking at the ground or at eye level as I am walking.  Very rarely do I look up and see all that is above me (considering that I'm only 5'1", there's quite a bit up there!).  I suppose I could make some analogy about life or business with the sky or looking beyond your normal point of view, but instead I think that I'll keep it simple.  Look up.  There's a lot up there.  Take a moment to appreciate it.

These images are from St. Augustine, Fl.

Finally, a blog that is unified with my business's homepage (kozelskyphoto.com)!  This is a very exciting moment for me, personally.  There may be some small adjustments here and there over the next month or so as I figure out what suits me best, but the web address will not change... this is the blog's new home.  I have imported the 2010 and 2011 archives, in case you feel that you need to go back and relive old times.  It was really interesting for me to go back and look at what I was working on a couple of years ago. I am thankful for having that record of my photographic journey through time.

Let's start the new blog with a few of my first pictures from this new year.  2012 is going to be a good one.  I can feel it. :)

These are photos from Bo's family's farm near Perry, Florida.

For me, with the holiday season comes travel.  I did manage to sneak in a few shots during the trip from Gainesville up to Rochester (I was very excited to be home for both Thanksgiving and Christmas this year).  Thanks for looking and here's to a great 2012!

This was a lovely, small wedding at the Amelia Island Ritz Carlton.  Tonisha and Chris were fortunate enough to have their family and preacher join them for their destination wedding down here in Florida.  They could not have had a better day: the sun was shining, the sky was bright blue, and it was not too hot!  A rare day down here. :)

Join me in wishing them a long and happy future together!  I have no doubt that their relationship is built to last whatever trials may come along... what a beautiful thing.

We had a lovely day at the beach just recently - it was our first trip to the beach in several months.  We were accompanied by the fantastic Erin and Nick and enjoyed a lovely little picnic after frolicking in the waves :)
